About the project
Bots & People merchandise is an internal brand project designed to translate the company’s core motto - “No more boring” into something tangible, wearable, and genuinely desirable. The goal was to move away from typical corporate merch and instead create streetwear-inspired pieces that people would actually want to wear outside the office. Sustainability was a part of the decision-making, not an afterthought. The project included apparel and stickers, designed to strengthen internal culture while subtly extending the brand into everyday life.
Process
The project started with handwritten sketches and moodboarding, exploring typography styles, composition, and how brand elements could live beyond screens. Sketching by hand helped keep the ideas loose and expressive before moving into digital refinement. From there, concepts were tested across different formats - apparel and stickers - to ensure visual consistency and flexibility across surfaces and materials.
Materials & production
The apparel was produced using eco cotton garments from Stanley/Stella, chosen for their focus on sustainability, quality, and ethical manufacturing. Local suppliers from Germany were used for the production of stickers.

Project outcomes
The final result is a cohesive merchandise set that functions as both internal culture-building and brand expression. The pieces are designed to be worn naturally - not as uniforms, but as statements - reinforcing Bots & People’s identity in a way that feels authentic, modern, and human.
